摘　　要：文章分析了华东润滑油厂车辆齿轮油的生产现状,以生产量和销售量最大的GL-5 85W-90重负荷车辆齿轮油为例,在基础油的选用、添加剂的升级换代和成本构成等方面进行了细致地分析,找出影响其生产成本的主要因素;并结合华东润滑油厂资源实际情况,提出优化组分使用、降低生产成本的建议。The production situation of vehicles gear oil in East China Blending Plant was analyzed in this article. Taking GL - 5 85W-90 heavyduty vehicle gear oil as an example, base oil selection, additive upgrading and cost structure were analyzed detailedly, and the primary factors of influencing production cost were discovered; Based on the actual resource situation of East China Blending Plant, suggestions on optimizing the component usage and reducing the production cost were proposed.
