摘 要:随着国Ⅲ排放标准在全国范围内实施,它对汽车相关各行业的影响已经日益呈现。对车用润滑油来说,降低发动机油的磷含量,提高燃油经济性,延长发动机油的使用寿命,是行业对润滑油生产企业的要求;对润滑油添加剂来说,综合具有减摩抗磨、抗氧防腐且磷含量低的添加剂将越来越受到业界的关注。文章在分析国Ⅲ排放标准实施对润滑油组成影响的同时,重点介绍具有以上综合优势的有机钼、有机硼添加剂,并对引入此类添加剂的润滑油进行了多次台架模拟试验和分析,得出有机钼、有机硼添加剂在车用机油中减摩抗磨、抗氧、节能、延长换油期和改善尾气排放方面的优异表现,并预测此类添加剂的使用将成为发动机油升级换代的关键和整个润滑油行业的发展趋势。With the implementation of the National Ⅲ Emission Standard nationwide, its impact on vehicle - related industries becomes increasingly obvious. For engine oils, all lube oil manufacturers are trying every means to lower Phosphorus content, enhance fuel economy and extend oil drain intervals. For lubricant additive industry, those additives which enjoy such comprehensive advantages as friction reduction, antioxidation and lower Phosphorus content will gain wide appeal and come into use more and more. In this paper, an in depth analysis of what impact the National Ⅲ Emission Standard will exercise on lube oil formulations is materialized, and organic Molybdenum compound and organic Borate are introduced as high - performance additives for lube oil blenders. Additionally, many experiments on engine oils with and without these two additives were conducted, and test results showed that these two additives can impart good performances to engine oils. It is predictable that these kinds of lubricant additives will become the key for upgrading of engine oils and represent the development of lubricant industry in the future.
