摘  要:以2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑为原料合成了一种噻二唑衍生物,在四球摩擦磨损试验机上考察了其极压抗磨性能,在旋转氧弹仪上考察了其抗氧化性能,同时还考察了它的抗腐蚀性能,并与T203进行了对比研究。结果表明,合成的噻二唑衍生物具有突出的抗氧化性能,很好的抗磨损极压性能,以及不错的抗腐蚀性能,大量替代T203后具有与T203接近的抗磨极压性能,表现出多功能润滑油添加剂的特点。A thiadiazole derivative was synthesized by taking 2,5 - dimercapto - 1,3,4 - thiadiazole as raw material. Its tribo- logical properties and oxidation resistance were evaluated with Four - Ball Tester and Rotary Bomb Oxidation Test respectively. All the properties were compared with those of T203. The results indicated that the thiadiazole derivative possesses excellent oxidation resistance, anti - wear and extreme pressure properties and anti - corrosion performance. The application result showed that the tribological behavior of synthesized thiadiazole derivative is similar to that of T203, with the character of multifunctional lubricating oil additive.
