超声晶氧疏通输卵管妊娠药物保守治愈者输卵管的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价经宫腔注射晶氧疏通输卵管妊娠药物保守治愈者输卵管的疗效。材料与方法:对有生育要求的、输卵管妊娠药物保守治愈者随机分组,治疗组196例经宫腔注射晶氧混合液进行诊断及治疗;对照组186例未做任何输卵管再通治疗。随访3年,记录两组患者的第一次受孕情况。结果:治疗组与对照组宫内妊娠率、异位妊娠率、未孕率分别为88.9%、2%、9.2%;63.8%、5.9%、30.3%。治疗组宫内妊娠率明显高于对照组,异位妊娠率、未孕率低于对照组。结论:经宫腔注射晶氧混合液能有效疏通输卵管妊娠药物保守治愈者的输卵管,提高宫内妊娠率,降低异位妊娠率及不孕率,其操作简单、疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Purpose： Evaluating the therapeutic effect on fallopian tubes those who healer of Tubal pregnancy pharmacal conservative therapy inject Pro - Drug - Carbamide Peroxide through uterine cavity. Materials and Methods： Women those who have reproductive requirements and healer of tubal pregnancy by pharmacal conservative therapy were randomly divided into two groups, The group of treatment： diagnosis and treatment for 196 cases those who inject Pro -Drug - Carbamide Peroxide through uterine cavity. Control group： 186 cases those who without any tubal recanalization treatment. Those cases were followed up for three years and we recorded the first conception situation of all cases. Results： The rate of intrauterine pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy and without pregnancy were 88. 9%, 2%, 9. 2% ; 63.8%, 5.9%, 30. 3% in the group of treatment and control group respectively. The rate of intrauterine pregnancy in group of treatment was significantly higher than control group and the rate of ec- topic pregnancy, without pregnancy was obviously lower than control group. Condusion： Pro - Drug - Carbamide Peroxide for ultrasonic contrast could deoppilated effectively fallopian tubes those who healer of tubal pregnancy by pharmacal conservative therapy. This method could improve the rate of intrauterine pregnancy and reduced the rate of ectopic pregnancy and infertility. Its have the advantages of operate simply and curative effect certainly. It was worth to clinical application.
