摘　　要：本文报道黑龙江省哈尔滨市寄生于椴斑蚜（Ｔｉｌｉａｐｈｉｓｓｐ．）的蚜小蜂属１新种：椴斑蚜蚜小蜂Ａｐｈｅｌｉｎｕｓｔｉｌｉａｐｈｉｄｉｓ，ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．，并详细描述其分类特征及与近似种的区别。所有模式标本保存于东北林业大学昆虫标本室。A new species of the genus Aphelinus Dalman from Harbin, reared from Tiliaphis sp., is described here. All the type specimens are deposited in the Northeast Forestry University.Aphelinus tiliaphidis, sp. nov. (Figs. 1～7)The new species is closely related to A. subflavescens (Westwood), but can be readily differentiated from the latter in the combination of the following characters: fore wing with linea calva completely open posteriorly; fewer setae in delta area; fewer setae on midlob, nearly symmetrical; male middle legs normal, apices of tibia and basitarsus neither enlarged nor flattened, without any dark marking; aedeagal digiti long and narrow; each with 3 claspers. Holotype ♀, allotype♂, paratypes 23♀♀, 15♂♂, Harbin , Heilongjiang, 25-VII-1994, reared from Tiliaphis sp. on Tilia mandshurica Rupr. et Maxim. 
