软珊瑚二萜葡萄糖甙的抗炎作用

摘　　要：软珊瑚二萜葡萄糖甙(SCDG)系一个新的海洋化学合成物,实验表明:SCDG对多种急性炎症及慢性炎症模型均显示了良好的抗炎效果,提示SCDG有一定的抗炎作用。Soft coral diterpene glucoside(code name is SCDG;0. 65,1. 25,2. 5 mg/kg)inhibited many kinds of inflammation,such as swelling murine ears of mice induced by zylene,swelling hind paws of rats induced by egg white, increased vascular permeability induced by acetic acid and rats'granuloma etc.. It is suggested that SCDG manifest anctions of anti-inflammation significantly.
