摘  要:材料在装备上的适用性评价是对材料技术成熟度和使用合理性的评价,为建立材料适用性评价指标体系,通过研究确定了构建原则,分析了材料适用性的主要影响因素是材料性能、技术成熟性、保障能力和经济可承受性。在此基础上采用层次分析法构建了具有有序递阶层次结构的评价指标体系,基本概括了材料获得工程应用时必须具备的关键要素。Materials applicability evaluation (MAE) in the field of equipments is to evaluate the tech- nology readiness levels (TRL) of materials and the rationality of materials usage. To construct the index system of MAE, the construction principle is firstly built. Secondly, the main influence factors of materials applicability are analyzed, including materials properties, technology maturity, support capabilities and economic affordability. Based on the work mentioned above, the evaluation index system with orderly hierarchy, which includes the necessary key factors of materials engineering application, is founded via the administrative analysis method.
