摘  要:利用扫描电镜(SEM)、广角X射线衍射(WAXD)和小角X射线散射(SAXS)对200-275℃范围内逐步预氧化的聚丙烯腈纤维的断面形貌与微观结构进行了测试。根据各样品的WAXD,SAXS数据,分别计算了预氧化纤维的微晶尺寸、纤维内微孔大小、小孔洞所占的体积分数及微孔的分形维数,分析了材料的微观组织结构在预氧化过程中的变化。结果表明:随着预氧化温度的升高,纤维的微晶尺寸先增大后减小,纤维内微孔的尺寸先减小后增大,小孔洞所占的体积分数不断增大,微孔的分形维数先减小后增大。The cross-section character and microstructure of polyacrylonitrile fibers which were preox- ided gradually at 200-275℃ were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM), wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). Based on the WAXD and SAXS data of different specimen , the crystallite size , micropore size, volume fraction of small micropore and micropore fractal dimension were calculated respectively. The change of microstructure during preoxidation was also analyzed. Results showed that as the preoxidation temperature increased, the crystallite size of fibers increased and then decreased ,while the micropore size of fibers decreased and then increased , volume fraction of small micropore increased gradually , micropore fractal dimension reduced and then increased.
