摘　　要：采用数字化、智能化和电功率封闭技术模拟拖拉机动力换挡变速箱的全部工作过程。试验台采用搭积木形式,可根据变速箱结构不同任意组合,充分利用共有资源增加试验台的功能。驱动部分和加载部分组成电功率闭环,加载电动机将产生的电能回馈到电网,达到较好的节能效果,实现电能循环。With full digital and intelligence and power regeneration technique,the whole working process of the tractor power shift gearbox is simulated on test brench. Based on building block method, the test brench can realize arbitary combination according to different gearbox structures. The driving part and loading part constitute power close-loop, the energy is feedback to electric grid by load motor in order to reach the purpose of energy-saving and energy＇ s circle in itself.
