摘 要:研制了一种阀片式可变涡流进气管,采用嵌入该结构的1.4L汽油机循环模拟模型,探讨了基于循环模拟研究汽油发动机缸内涡流运动的途径,分析了可变涡流进气管对汽油机性能、油耗和排放的影响。研究结果表明:该结构可以实现对缸内涡流运动强度进行调节,进气终了时涡流比调节范围为0~2.2,在不影响发动机中低转速动力性能的前提下,可以降低燃油消耗率为5%左右,同时改善HC和CO排放。A new design of.variable swirl intake manifolds with throttle-slices was developed. Using the cycle simulation model of 1.4 L gasoline engine,the swirl flow motion in cylinder was explored, and the effects of variable swirl intake manifolds on performance, fuel consumption and emission characteristics of the engine were analyzed. The simulated results show that the swirl intensity in cylinder can be tuned by this device,and the tuning range of swirl ratio at the end of intake stroke is 0-2.2. The variable swirl intake manifolds can reduce the BSFC by about 5% and improve the HC and CO emissions without sacrificing the power performance of engine at low and middle speed.
