摘　　要：农村土地承包经营权的规范有序流转涉及广大农民的切身利益。针对我国现行农村土地承包经营权流转法律制度存在的不足,应进一步明晰农村土地所有权主体,将有条件的抵押作为农村土地承包经营权流转的合法方式,并健全土地承包经营权登记制度。The regular and orderly circulation of the right to land contractual management in rural areas relating to general peasant＇s interests. Confronting to defects in our country＇s contemporary legal system of circulation of the right to land contractual management in rural areas, this thesis suggests further clarity the subjects of ownership, permit Conditional mortgage as legitimate way of circulation of the right to land contractual management in rural areas and strengthen contracted management of land title registration system.
