摘　　要：相对于商品房交易法律规定的完善,现阶段关于集资房等非商品房交易的法律、法规基本处于空白状态,因而导致对此类纠纷的处理无法可依。In relation to the perfective law of real estate transactions, at this stage funds on housing and other non-real estate transactions have no basie laws. The trial practice about funds on housing and non-commercial transactions carried out a number of legal issues.
