盘旋线虫属—新种——细尾盘旋线虫(线虫纲:垫刃目:纽带科)

摘　　要：本文描述采自内蒙古自治区凉城谷子Ｓｅｔａｒｉａｉｔａｌｉｃａ根部的线虫一新种，即细尾盘旋线虫Ｒｏｔｙｌｅｎｃｈｕｓｔｅｎｅｒｉｃａｕｄａｔｕｓｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．。新种主要的鉴定特征是食道腺覆盖肠很短，尾细长，明显弯曲，有一个腹突。其近缘种是非同盘旋线虫Ｒ．ａｌｉｕｓＶａｎｄｅｎＢｅｒｇ，１９８６，区别在于新种唇区为半球状；侧区上没有发现不完全网格化现象。玆otylenchus tenericaudatus sp.nov. (Figs.16)The new species is collected from soil around roots of foxtail millet Setaria italica in Inner Mongolia of China (40°53′N,112°45′E), is described and illustrated. R. tenericaudatus sp. nov. has following characters. Habitus is of open spiral, body 605745μm long. Lateral field with four lateral lines. areolated only anteriorly. Lip region hemispherical, with 45 distinct annules. Stylet 2224 μm long, stylet knobs nearly rounded. Phasmids situated between 06 annules before the anus. The new species is characterized by having the oesophageal glands overlapping intestine shortly, tail thin, curved ventrally and having a ventral projection. It is most closely related to R.alius Van den Berg, 1986 but differs from it in lip region hemispherical(vs. conoid, blunt anteriorly in R. alius); lateral field areolated only anteriorly (vs. lateral field areolated anteriorly and incompletely areolated along whole length of body in R. alius); males not found(vs. males common in R. alius).
