摘 要:目的:分析云南产藜蒿(Artemisia selengensis)茎和叶挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油;通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术进行成分分析。结果:藜蒿叶挥发油含41种成分,主要成分为1,8-桉树脑(17.17%)、β-崖柏烯(10.84%)、(1S)-(-)-樟脑(9.62%)、檀紫三烯(8.45%)、龙脑(8.37%)、α-蒎烯(4.24%)、β-石竹烯(1.22%)等。藜蒿茎挥发油含46种成分,主要成分为:1-(2-氨基苯)吡咯(14.51%)、檀紫三烯(8.16%)、α-蒎烯(6.62%)、β-崖柏烯(3.9%)、β-石竹烯(1.08%)等。结论:云南产藜蒿茎、叶挥发油的成分及含量有较大差异,本研究为藜蒿的综合开发利用提供了一定科学依据。Objectv : To study the chemical constituents of essential oil of Artemisia selengensis. Methods : Extracted the essential oil by conventional steam distillation method and analysis by GC - MS. Results: 41 compounds of essential oil from the leaves of Artemisia selengensis were identified and the principal constituents are 1, 8-cineole (17.17%), β-thujene (10.84%), (1S) - (-) -camphor (9.62%), santolina triene (8.45%), camphol (8.37%), α - pinene (4.24%), β- caryophyllene ( 1.22% ), etc. 46 compounds of essential oil from the stem of Artemisia selengensis were identified and the principal constituents are 1 - (2 -ami- no benzene) pyrrole ( 14. 51% ), santolina triene (8.16%), α - pinene (6.62%), β - thujene (3.9%), β -caryophyllene (1.08%), etc. Conclusion: There were signed differences in composition and in content of the essential oil between leaves and stems. This study can be served as a scientific basis for the further exploitation and utilization of Artemisia selengensis.
