摘　　要：目的:优选普乐士泰胶囊的提取工艺。方法:以出膏率和总多糖为指标,采用L9(3)4正交试验对普乐士泰胶囊的提取工艺进行优选。结果:最佳提取工艺为加水量8倍,提取时间2h,提取3次。结论:优选的提取工艺合理、稳定、适用于大生产。Objective： To optimize techniques for Puleshitai Capsule. Methods： By taking the rate of extract and the total of polysaccharide as the indexes components, the extraction techniques were optimized for Puleshitai Capsule. through L9 （3） 4 orthogonal test. Results： The best condition is 3rd extraction by 2 hours, to add eight times of water. Conclusion ： The optimal extraction technique is rational and jarless and idea for mass production.
