老年干部病房护士分层次执行基础护理的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨护士分层次执行基础护理对提高老年干部病房的基础护理质量的效果。方法比较在老年干部病房实施护士分层次执行基础护理前后的基础护理质量评分、病人满意度以及护士每月受表扬的次数。结果在老年干部病房实施护士分层次执行基础护理后,基础护理质量得分较实施前高(p<0.001),护士受表扬的次数较实施前多(p<0.05),病人满意度在实施前后的差别没有统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论采用护士分层次执行基础护理的管理方法能提高老年干部病房的基础护理质量。Objective：To figure out the effects of the effects of conducting fundamental nursing hierarchically by nurses on different levels in the elderly cadre ward. Methods：The quality of fundamental nursing, rate of patients＇ satisfaction, and commendatory times for good nursing were compared after conducting fundamental nursing hierarchically by nurses on different levels in the elderly cadre ward with before. Results：The rate of patients satisfaction was no better than before （p 〉0.05） , while the scores of quality of fundamental nursing was significantly higher than before （p〈0.001） and the commendatory times for good nursing was significantly more than before（p〈0.05）. Conclusion：Conducting fundamental nursing hierarchically by nurses on different levels could improve the quality of fundamental nursing in the elderly cadre ward.
