摘  要:本文对青年、成年及老年Wistar大鼠小脑皮质颗粒细胞及星形胶质细胞的电镜研究表明:(1)个别老年大鼠颗粒细胞出现了如线粒体肿胀、基质密度异常,粗面内质网扩张等衰老形态学变化,但老年组大部分颗粒细胞来出现明显的形态学改变;(2)星形胶质细胞中脂褐素在成年组大鼠中即大量出现,且结构复杂,而老年组大鼠胶质细胞中脂褐素含量反而有所下降;此外,老年组星形胶质细胞胞质肥大,微丝增多,且胞质内空泡变性、髓样结构及小泡等内含物增加。The granular cell and astrocyte in cerebellar cortex of Wistar rats aged 3, 12 and 27 months were observed under electron microscope. The main morphological changes were as follow: (1) In granular cell , a few of granular cell showed morphological changes with aging, such as mitochondria swelling, their stromal densities declining, RER cisternae dilating and microtubule increasing. But most of them did not show significiant morphological changes. (2) In old rat , astrocyte hypertrophied significiantly, microfilament increased, some unusual vesicle degeneration and myelin-like structure increased; a large number of lipofuscin occurred in adult rats, but declined in senescent rats.
