Effect of Zr,Co and B Elements on the Structure of Sm_(10)Fe_(90) Alloys with ThCu_7-type Structure

摘  要:采用SEM、XRD、EDX等方法分析了添加合金元素B、Zr、Co前后Sm-Fe合金铸锭的微观结构及快淬条带中的相组成。研究表明,添加合金元素B、Zr、Co前后,Sm-Fe合金铸锭均由Sm2Fe17相、富Sm相和α-Fe相组成,添加B可促使铸锭晶粒细化,富Sm相由块状向条状变化,添加Zr、Co可使铸锭晶粒进一步细化,富Sm相进一步条状化。添加合金元素B、Zr、Co前,Sm-Fe合金仅在快淬速度达到30m/s时得到ThCu7型六角晶结构的Sm10Fe90相及少量α-Fe相;添加B、Zr、Co元素后,在不同快淬速度下合金均可得到单一的ThCu7型六角晶结构的Sm10Fe90相及部分非晶相。添加Zr、Co元素后,快淬条带晶粒进一步细化。当Zr、Co元素含量一定时,随快淬速度的加快,其晶胞体积呈先升后降的趋势,同时快淬条带中的非晶相逐渐增加,Sm10Fe90相逐渐减少。The effects of Zr, Co and B elements on the phase compositions and microstrueture of ThCu7-type Sm10Fe90 alloys are studied by SEM, EDX and XRD. The result shows that with small fraction addition of Zr, Co and B elements, it remains the same consisting of Sm2Fe17, Sin-rich and α-Fe phase of the Sm-Fe alloy cast. With the addition of B element, the grain size of alloy cast becomes more finely and the shape of Sm-rich phase is changed to be stripe form blocklike. With the addition of Zr,Co and B elements, the grain of alloy cast becomes more fine than that of Sm-Fe-B alloy and the shape of Sin-rich phase is changed to be more thin. Only the quenching velocity above 30m/s, the alloy consists of α-Fe phase and Sm10Fe90 phase with the ThCu7-type structure before the addition of Zr, CO and B elements. With the addition of Zr, Co and B elements, the alloy consists of Sm10Fe90 phase and amorphous completely in any quenching velocity. With the addition of Zr and CO elements, the grain of ribbon is more fine than that of Sm- Fe-B ribbon. The cell volume lowers after presenting increase first of trend and the quantity of amorphous phase becomes more and more, the the quantity of Sm10Fe90 phase becomes less and less with the increase of quenching velocity at Zr and Co content certain.
