中低压输配电工程经济效益后评价

摘　　要：针对目前中低压输配电工程经济后评价缺乏科学的评价手段的问题,提出了适用于中低压配电工程特点的综合经济后评价指标体系,以及经济效益后评价的计算方法和步骤。结合算例进行了某35kV变电站经济效益后评价,结果显示应用该体系及方法对中低压输配电工程的经济效益可以做出比较科学合理的评价,所提出的体系和方法能够全面抓住影响项目经济后评价特征的要素,简便易行。Given the lack of a ,scientific evaluation method, the paper presents a hierarchically structured method and index calculation method on the economic post evaluation of MV and LV transmission and distribution project. The evaluation method and implementation steps are proposed. A substation is evaluated using this method. The complexity of electrical price structure is also explained. Case studies indicate that the method can take into account of the key elements scientifically. It has advantages of the simple thinking, convenient operation.
