摘　　要：介绍了一起运行中的断路器B相手孔爆裂故障,通过对故障断路器的外观、内部检查以及相关数据测量,得出故障原因主要是导流部分过热和绝缘支柱老化。为保证断路器稳定运行,提出在接缝处涂抹密封胶;断路器内采用驱潮设备。A burst fault of the B-phase hand-hole in running circuit breaker is introduced. By inspecting the appearance and the inner of the faulty circuit breaker, measuring related data, the main reasons are gotten that conduction current part is overheated and insulating prop gets aging. Methods of smudging sealant in the connecting point and using equipment to drive moisture are put forward to assurance stable operation of circuit breakers.
