政府在再制造产业发展中的推动作用分析

摘　　要：由于再制造产业在保护环境、节约资源及创造就业等方面的积极作用,许多国家的政府及企业均对其给予了高度关注。文章首先分析了发展再制造产业对于社会、企业及个人的积极意义;然后着重探讨了政府通过经济、法律、教育、技术等手段推动再制造产业发展的具体方式及其必要性。Governments and enterprises of many countries have paid much attention to remanufacturing industry, as its positive effects on environmental protection, resources saving, job creation and etc.First of all, this article analyzes the positive significance of remanufacturing industry development to society, enterprises and individuals, and then discusses detailed methods and necessity for government to promote remanufacturing industry's development through the measures of economy, law, education and technology.
