摘 要:采用调查问卷、现场实测等方法,对重庆市江北区公共建筑用能情况进行了调研分析。根据调研结果,对该地区公共建筑节能潜力进行了估算,探讨了节能改造效益。该地区建筑耗电量占社会总耗电量的比例超过50%,公共建筑耗电量接近建筑耗电量的50%。公共建筑节能改造不仅可以带动建筑节能改造产业及相关产业的发展,还可产生明显的环境效益。The energy consumption of public buildings in Jiangbei district, Chongqing City is in- vestigated by questionnaire survey and field measurement. Based on the investigation results, the energysaving potential of public buildings in this district is estimated, and the benefit from energy-saving reconstruction is discussed. The building electricity consumption accounts for more than 50% of total social electricity consumption in this district, and the electricity consumption of public buildings is about 50% of the building electricity consumption. The energy-saving reconstruction of public buildings can not only promote the development of building energy-saving reconstruction industry and related industries, but also bring significant environmental benefit.
