摘 要:研究了甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯接枝共聚物(MBS)作为抗冲击改性剂,对聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯/聚碳酸酯(PBT/PC)共混体系力学性能和耐热性的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜对共混物的亚微观形态结构进行了分析。结果表明:MBS的加入改善了PBT/PC共混体系的加工流动性能和外观;随着MBS用量的增加,PBT/PC共混体系的冲击强度不断增大,拉伸强度和耐热性下降,但耐热性下降幅度较小。The effects of methylmethacrylate-butadiene-styrene (MBS) as impact modifier on the mechanical properties and heat resistance of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT)/polycarbonate (PC) blends were studied. The submorphologies of the blends were observed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The result showed that the process flow property and its surface of the blends improved with the addition of MBS content, and the notched impact strength increased, while the tensile strength and heat resistance property decreased, but the decline of the heat resistance property was smaller than that of tensile strength.
