摘 要:随着电网规模的扩大,互联电网运行方式和电网稳定状况复杂多变,现有的电网EMS系统和离线分析计算决策方法,已难以满足现代电网的运行需求,迫切需要建立面向调度员的电网运行智能监控与控制一体化的决策系统,为电网调度运行人员应对电网复杂多变的运行方式和电网严重突发事件提供决策支持。针对调度运行中实际存在的问题,首先提出了安徽电网调度智能监控与辅助决策系统的研究背景及设计目标,并详细介绍了该系统的总体结构,最后,详细分析了本系统研究及开发中的关键技术的实现,该系统已经在安徽省调进入了实施阶段。With the expanding of the grid,the operation modes of the interconnected grid and its stability become complex and changeful,and the current EMS and off-line analysis decision-making method can hardly meet the operational requirements of the modern grid.Therefore,it is urgent of build the dispatch staff oriented intelligent monitoring and control integrated decision-making system for grid operation to provide decision-making support for the staff to deal with complex operational modes and emergency accidents.Based on problems existing in dispatching,the research background and design targets of the intelligent monitoring and accident handling decision-making supporting system for grid dispatch were proposed,as well its architecture.The key technology for system development was also analyzed.Till now,the system has entered its implementation stage in Anhui dispatch center.
