摘  要:阐述了特高压直流试验基地的基本情况,介绍了试验线段的施工方案,特别是铁塔安装、架线施工的具体措施。基地试验线段施工工艺主要为组塔、架线施工。介绍了吊装高度84m、长60m、宽5m、重近40t门型直线塔横梁施工工艺与措施。阐述了对试验线段三个孤立档设计V型悬垂串加耐张串的型式,采用吊车安装、多档连续整体装配式架线施工的工艺。The UHVDC test base and the construction scheme for the test line were presented, especially the technique adopted for tower installation and overhead line construction. The construction technique and measures for hoising and installing the 84-meter-high, 60-meter-long, 5-meter-wide, and nearly 40-tone-heavy door-shaped tower beam were illuminated. The overhead line construction technique was also innovated which adopted V-shaped suspension insulator strings and strain insulators strings for three isolated spans of the test line.
