摘 要:介绍了由地面工作站、视频采集终端、个人监视器及通信单元等设备组成的输电线路缺陷带电查找系统的设计背景、设计思想、系统组成及设备技术参数。阐述了在野外工作环境建立便携式的以太网络,杆塔上作业人员操作视频采集器采集并无线发送视频数据,地面技术人员实时接收数据并进行图片分析处理,利用双向音视频交互,实现杆上与地面的数据同步和语音通讯,形成立体式查找输电线路缺陷的工作方式。The design background, design concept, system composition, and technical parameters of the live line fault detection system which consists of ground working station, video acquisition terminals, personal monitor and communication unit, and so on were presented. The solid working method for transmission line fault detection was illuminated: first, the portable Netheruet was constructed in the field ; then the operator on the pole used the video acquisition terminal to acquire and send video data wirelessly; after receiving the data, the technician on the ground began analysis and processing. Thus, through bidirectional audio and video interaction, data synchronization and audio communication between the people on the pole and on the gTound can be realized.
