摘 要:采用了基于空预器换热模型的数值计算方法来求解空预器内部温度场。针对双分仓回转式空预器的传热机理与特点,建立了三维对流换热模型并利用有限容积法进行求解。除此之外,建立了回转式空预器入口前的烟气与空气通道模型,得到了在不同半径处的对流换热模型的入口速度与温度条件。对典型300MW双分仓回转式空预器的计算实例表明,数值方法的计算结果与试验结果吻合,是实现空预器冷端金属温度监测的有效可行的方法,能够为回转式空预器的经济运行提供有力指导。The numerical method based on the heat transfer model of rotary air pre-heaters was adopted to calculate the inner temperature field of the rotary air preheater, and a 3-D convective heat transfer model was established to calculate the metal and fluid temperature fields inside the dual-sectional rotary air preheater on steady condition by using the finite volume approach. Besides, by modeling and calculation of the flue gas duct and air duct, the inlet temperature and velocity conditions were obtained, making it possible to calculate the temperature field of different radial locations. The calculation example of a typical 300 MW dual-sectional rotary air preheater showed that the numerical calculation results are consistent with experimental results, indicating that the numerical method is feasible and reliable to realize supervision of cold end metal temperature and can provide useful guidance for economic operation of rotary air preheaters.
