摘 要:对由保定蝗区土壤中分离到的金龟子绿僵菌中毒力较好的10个菌株,测定了对东亚飞蝗3龄蝗蝻的僵虫率,并选出3株发病效果好的菌株M6—448、M5—110、M7—355,再采用点滴接种法对1~5龄蝗蝻及成虫进行了毒力测定。结果表明,不同菌株对飞蝗的毒力与菌株种类和蝗蝻龄期有密切关系,3株菌株对3龄蝗蝻处理5d的LD50分别为7.33×10^3、5.90×10^3、2.69×10^4个/mL,LT50分别为:3.70、5.86、7.50d;对成虫的LD50分别为5.49×10^5、5.09×10^5、2.28×10^6个/mL,LT50分别为8.03、8.07、8.57d。以毒力较高的M6—448菌株进行田间罩笼试验,10d对3龄蝗蝻校正防治效果可以达到93.6%,与2000倍4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油结果96.2%相近,具有进一步研究的价值。The high virulence strain of Metarhizium anisopliae isolated from Baoding was screened against the 3rd instar nymph and adults of Locusta migratoria manilensis (Meyen) by bioassay. The virulence of M6-448, M5-110 and M7-355 chosen in primary experiments were higher than the other isolates. The LDs0 of M6-448, M5-110 and M7-355 against the 3rd instar nymph and adults was 7.33N103 , 5.90×10^3 , 2.69×10^4 conidia/mL and 5.4×10^5 , 5.09×10^6 and 2. 28×10^6 eonidia/mL, respectively. The LT50 was 3. 70, 5. 86, 7. 50 d and 8. 03, 8. 07 d and 8. 57 d, respectively. These results demonstrated that M6-448 was most optimal among these strains. 93. 6% of the 3rd instar nymphae, treated by M6 448, was lethal in field experiments in 10 d, which was similar to chemical pesti- cide (beta-cypermethrin) (96.2%). These results indicated that M6-448 isolate may be used as a potential wild strain against L. migratoria manilensis in practice in the future.
