摘  要:本文对辣椒褐斑病病原菌Cercospora capsici HealdetWolf的生物学特性进行了研究,结果表明,不同的营养、温度、pH等条件对菌丝生长和孢子萌发有显著影响。病菌菌丝的生长以PDA培养基为最适;适宜温度为20-25℃,最适温度为25℃;最适pH为8.0~9.0,光照对菌丝生长没有明显的促进作用,菌丝致死温度及时间为55℃10min。分生孢子萌发适宜碳源为1%的蔗糖溶液,适宜氮源为1%的甘氨酸溶液;孢子萌发适宜温度为20~30℃,最适温度25℃;最适pH为5~6,光照对孢子萌发没有明显的促进作用,分生孢子致死温度及时间为52℃10min。Cercospora capsici Heald et Wolf, the pathogen of pepper brown leaf spot, was isolated from pepper in Haicheng of Liaoning Province. The results showed that nutrition, temperature and pH had significant effects on mycelial growth and spore germination of the pathogen. It was found that the best medium for mycelial growth was PDA; the proper temperature was 20--25 ℃ and the optimal temperature for hyphal growth was 25 ℃l the optimal pH was 8 to 9; the light had no obvious promotion effect on mycelial growth. The mycelia could not survive above 55 ℃ for 10min. The conidiat germination need some special nutrients. The best carbohydrates and nitrogen for co- nidial germination are 1 % saccharose and 1 % glycim the proper temperature was 20--30 ℃ and the optimal temper- ature was 25 ℃ ; the optimal pH was 5-- 6 ; the light had no obvious promotion effect on spore germination. The spores could not germinate above 52 ℃ for 10 min.
