摘　　要：受地理环境和客观条件的影响，西藏地区临床护理教学起步较晚，临床教学经验较少。为进一步提高护理临床教学质量，结合对114名护理专业学生的教学经验，重点对现有教学体系和存在问题进行分析总结，并提出相应对策。On the influence of geographical environment and objective condition,clinical nursing teaching started lately,and the teachers had little experience in Tibet. In order to improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching,based on teaching experience of 114 nursing students,the title analyzed current teaching system and existing problems and discussed the countermeasures.
