住院孕产妇围生期护理服务需求调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解孕产妇围生期护理服务需求的现状,以便更好地满足孕产妇个体化需求。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查我院100例住院孕产妇护理服务需求情况。结果孕产妇对"分娩后告知新生儿的健康状况"的需求程度最高,为(3.84±0.44)分,且产前对"产科门诊预约挂号"、产时对"待产时分娩技巧指导"的需求程度最高,得分分别为(3.50±0.64)分、(3.66±0.52)分。结论应根据孕产妇对护理服务的需求情况,提供针对性的护理服务。Objective To investigate the needs of perinatal nursing service among pregnant women, so as to meet their needs hetter. Method One hundred pregnant women were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire. Results In the prenatal stage, the need of ＂appoinlment of registered in obstetric out - patient department＂ was the highest. The score was （3.50±0.64）. In the delivery stage,the need of ＂guidance on the deliver）＇ skills during labour＂ was the highest. The score was （3.66±0. 52 ）. In the post natal stage, the need of ＂ being told newborn ＇ s health status after delivery＂ was the highest. The score was （3.84 ± 0.44）. Conclusion Targeted nursing care should be provided to pregnant women according to their needs
