消化道恶性肿瘤患者术后门诊化疗的管理方法与体会

摘　　要：目的探讨消化道恶性肿瘤患者术后实施门诊化疗的管理方法。方法门诊设化疗固定区域及专职护士,制订专职护士的职责、设计门诊患者化疗日志表、整理编写宣教手册,并对患者进行电话随访,对门诊化疗患者进行规范化管理。结果提高了患者的化疗知识知晓率和对护理工作的满意度(P<0.05)。结论对门诊化疗患者实施规范化管理能满足患者的需求,适合卫生体制改革的发展趋势。Objective To explore the effect of the standard nursing model among chemotherapeutic outpatients with digestive tract cancer after operation. Methods A standard nursing model for chemotherapeutic outpatients was established by setting up a relatively fixed area in outpatient department, setting up special nurses and clearly defining their responsibility, designing log tables, making health education handbooks, and providing follow up serive by telephone. Results The standard nursing model improved patients＇ chemotherapeutic knowledge and satisfaction with nursing work（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The standard nursing model can meet the needs of patients and adapt to the reform trend of health system.
