摘  要:通过盆栽实验,研究4种含硫肥料对2种镉富集能力较强的植物——油菜和三叶鬼针草在铅、镉复合污染土壤中吸收铅、镉的影响.结果表明,硫磺和(NH4)2SO4增加了油菜对铅的吸收量,含硫肥料降低了三叶鬼针草对铅的吸收.硫磺和(NH4)2SO4增加了油菜对镉的吸收量,含硫肥料对三叶鬼针草吸收镉没有显著影响.在铅、镉复合污染土壤中,硫磺和(NH4)2SO4可以作为有效的肥料提高油菜对铅或镉的吸收,而对于三叶鬼针草,添加含硫肥料不能促进其提高对铅、镉的吸收.A pot experiment was conducted to study the influence of S, (NH4)2 SO4, CaSO4, and K2 SO4 on soil Pb and Cd uptake by oilseed rape ( Brassica napus L. cv. Wuyueman) and railway beggarticks herb ( Bidens pilosa. L) in lead and cadmium combined contaminated soil. The results showed that the S and (NH4)2 SO4 significantly increased the total lead and cadmium uptake in the shoot of Brassica napus, respectively. (NH4)2SO4 and CaSO4 significantly decreased the total lead uptake in the shoot of Bidens pilosa. Elemental sulphur and (NH4)2SO4 are the effective agricultural practices to enhance uptake of lead and cadmium by Brassica napus in lead and cadmium combined contaminated soil, respectively.
