摘　　要：结构化电子病历系统是数字化医院建设的重要系统之一。基于纯XML数据库、SOA等先进技术,引用HL7国际标准,研究开发结构化电子病历,用于医院信息化建设。推广应用后进行随机调查,用统计学处理调查结果,计算应用电子病历增加的经济效益,旨在促进电子病历的推广应用。Structured electronic medical records system is an important component of digital hospital construction. Based on XML database and SOA technology, combined with HL7 international standard, structured electronic medical records have been developed and used in hospital informatization construction. Random investigation after the usage and statistical analysis on the results show the increase of economic value, so as to promote the spreading and application of electronic medical records.
