摘　　要：中医症状没有公认的界定标准。本文基于人体感受器提出了比中医症状更基础的概念-感觉症状。一个完整的感觉症状由观察者、观察工具、观察对象、观察角度和观察结果5个基本要素组成。通过制定感觉症状的确认方法,发现在51186条历代医案中出现频次大于10的感觉症状有1195个。可望有利于中医症状的内涵界定和中医、西医学在症状体征上的统一。There is no acknowledged standard to define the traditional symptoms of Chinese medicine. Based on the human body＇s sensory organs, a more basic concept, sensation symptom, is proposed in this paper. Each sensation symptom is considered to consist of five basic factors, i.e., the observers, the tools, the locations, the classes and the results. The method to differentiate one sensation symptom from another is also suggested. 1195 sensation symptoms that appeared for more than 10 times have been confirmed from 51186 medical records. The concept of sensation symptoms may help to define the symptoms in Chinese medicine and to realize the unification of the Chinese and Western medicine in identifying symptoms and signs.
