摘　　要：本文从有多年延滞的华氏宏观经济模型出发，得出了类似华罗庚教授提出的基本定理，即必须按正特征矢量法安排初始投入，否则经济系统将失去平衡。The paper starts from Hua's Macro-economic mathematical model with many years' delay,ob- tains the theorems that are similar to ones raised by Professor Hua Luogeng.the central content is as follows: people must arrange the first input according to positive characteristic vector method,unless the economic system willlose its balance.
