摘　　要：认知结构是影响知识转移效率的关键因素之一。结合认知结构理论以及知识转移理论,构建认知成分与图书馆联盟内知识转移的对应关系图,分析成员馆认知结构的双重性特点及其对知识转移的影响。根据图书馆联盟成员认知结构现状,对成员馆间知识转移方式及其效果进行研究,探讨提升知识转移效率的针对性措施。Cognitive structure is one of the key factors influencing the efficiency of knowledge transfer. Combining with the theories of cognitive structure and knowledge transfer, this paper constructs a model of relationship between the cognitive components and the knowledge transfer within the library alliance. The dual features of the cognitive structure of the member libraries and their influences on knowledge transfer are analyzed. According to the present situation of the cognitive structure of member libraries, the paper studies the approaches and efficiency of knowledge transfer among member libraries, and discusses the pertinent measures to promote the efficiency of knowledge transfer.
