纯中药复方制剂对小鼠肿瘤生长抑制作用的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨纯中药复方制剂(铁树叶,半边莲等)对小白鼠移植性肿瘤生长抑制的作用。方法用S180接种小白鼠前肢右腋皮下造模,其中20只为模型对照组,20只为中药组,雌雄均分,实验时分别自由饮水和饮药,对照观察肿瘤生长和小鼠的生存状态。结果接种肿瘤26d,给药24d,然后停药观察至第35d。最终雌性中药组全部存活,生存率为100%,均长有肿瘤,大小不等;雄性中药组全部存活,均未见肿瘤,生存率为100%;雌性模型对照组存活2只小鼠,长有较大的肿瘤,生存率为20%;雄性模型对照组存活1只小鼠,长有很小的肿瘤,生存率为10%。6只正常对照组小鼠100%存活。结论该纯中药复方制剂具有明显的抑制小鼠肿瘤生长的作用。Objective To research on pure chinese medicine preparation＇ s controlling the growth of tumor in mice. Methods Tumor model was made with S180 inoculating right armpit of mouse fore-leg. They are divided into groups of model and chinese mesicine. Growth of tumor and living state will be observed with contrasting. Results Mice group of chinese medicine all survived, and mice group of model die of tumor by 85% , Conclusions The pure chinese medicine preparation is able to control the growth of tumor in mice.
