摘　　要：以扩展事件-流程链和赋时Petri网作为海关通关流程再造建模工具,借扩展事件和分析流程链的分析矩阵,提出基于无纸通关事后交单的上海海关通关流程再造方案。通过仿真软件Witness检验再造后流程的有效性和可行性。The paper explained the existing customs clearance process; used the extended event-process chain （EEPC） and TPN as customs BPR tool and analysis matrix to deduce clearance process reengineering based on clearance without documents. The feasibility and validity of the proposed clearance process reengineering were tested in simulation software WITNESS.
