HPLC法测定参芪补肾口服液中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷的含量

摘　　要：目的测定参芪补肾口服液中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷的含量,建立药物分析方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,流动相:甲醇-水(40∶60),流速:0.9ml/min,检测波长:321nm,柱温:40℃,进样量:10μl。结果二苯乙烯苷进样量在0.1252～1.252μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=9)为99.2%(RSD=0.81%)。结论该方法快速、结果准确可靠,适用于参芪补肾口服液的含量测定。Objective To determine the content of 2,3,5,4 ＇ -tetrahydroxy - stilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Shenqibushen Oral, and establish an analytical method for this preparation. Methods HPLC was applied, the mobile phase was methanol-water（40：60 ）, the flow rate was 0. 9 mL/min, the UV detecting wavelength was 321 nm,the column temperature was 40℃ and the sample size was 10 μl. Results The calibration curve of stilbene glucoside was linear in the range of 0. 125 2-1. 252 μg and The average recoveries （ n = 9 ） was 99.2% （ RSD = 0. 81% ）. Conclusion This method was proved to be rapid, the result was accurate and reliable. It is suitable for the quality control of Shenqibushen Oral.
