血液透析滤过治疗毒蛇咬伤并急性肾功能衰竭的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨毒蛇咬伤并急性肾功能衰竭的血液净化治疗。方法回顾性分析2007～2008年收治的43例毒蛇咬伤并急性肾功能衰竭病例,分为血液透析组(HD组),血液透析滤过组(HDF组)。结果两组死亡存活率无明显区别,但平均进入多尿期时间血液透析滤过组优于血液透析组。结论毒蛇咬伤并急性肾功能衰竭应早期血液净化治疗,血液透析滤过更有效。Objective To investigate the blood purification th-erapy on venomous snake bite and acute renal failure. Methods To a-nalyse retrospectively the blood purification therapy on 43 cases of venomous snake bite and acute renal failure, divided into hemodialysis group, hemodiafihration group. Results The survival rate was no significant difference in the two groups. While the days of anuria, HDF group is less than HD group. Conclusion Early blood purification treating shoud be choose on the cases of venomous snake bite and acuterenal failure, and HDF is better than HD.
