摘 要:在一维炉热态试验台上,采用双调风旋流燃烧器,对比研究了一次风率f1、外二次风当量旋流强度Ωdl和过量空气系数α对石油焦、河津贫煤和神木烟煤燃烧特性的影响.结果表明:随着一次风率f1的增大,河津贫煤和石油焦的NOx排放浓度提高,前期燃烧恶化,而神木烟煤的燃烧状况得到改善,燃尽率提高,NOx排放浓度先降低后升高;石油焦和神木烟煤的着火和燃尽率分别在Ωdl=0.69和Ωdl=0.87时最佳,而两者的NOx排放浓度均在Ωdl=1.08时最低;过量空气系数α的增大使石油焦着火推迟,燃烧状况更差,NOx排放浓度更高,但使神木烟煤的NOx排放浓度更低.The effects of primary air ratio(f1),swirling intensity of outer secondary air(Ω(dl)) and excess oxygen factor(α) on combustion characteristics of petroleum coke,Hejin lean coal and Shenmu bituminous coal were compared and investigated on a hot test rig of one-dimensional furnace using swirling burner with double air register.Results show that,with the increase of primary air ratio,NO_x emission concentration of Hejin lean coal and petroleum coke increases and early combustion deteriorates;while for Shenmu bituminous coal,the combustion status is improved,burn-off rate increases,and NO_x emission concentration decreases firstly and then increases.As to ignition and burn-off rate,the optimal swirling intensities of outer secondary air(Ω_(dl)) of petroleum coke and Hejin lean coal are minimum and 0.87 respectively.While NO_x emission concentrations of both fuels are the least when Ω_(dl) is 1.08.The increase of excess oxygen factor of petroleum coke leads to the delay of ignition and the deterioration of combustion status,as well as the increase of NO_x emission concentration.While NO_x emission concentration of Shenmu bituminous coal decreases with the increase of α.
