摘  要:实验以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO9)、氧气、氢氧化钠为原料,在自制的5%Pd/5%Sn/C催化剂作用下,催化氧化制备醇醚羧酸盐(AEC)表面活性剂。经L3(3^4)正交实验对工艺条件进行了研究,确定优化的工艺条件:反应温度70℃、反应压力0.04MPa、催化剂加入量为0.25%(Pd/AEO9)、搅拌转速为600r/min。在该条件下AEC产率可达96%。同时考察了AEC不同含量产物的表面张力、临界胶束浓度(cmc)、泡沫、润湿和乳化性能,并与羧甲基化法工艺进行了比较。结果表明:含质量分数为70%~80%AEC的产物性能较好,氧化法工艺的产物性能优于羧甲基化法工艺的产物。Alcohol ether carboxylate (AEC) was synthesized from alcohol ether(AEO9), oxygen and sodium hydroxide, catalyzed by 5%Pd/5%Sn/C. Through orthogonally arranged experiments, the optimum synthesis conditions were obtained as follows: reaction temperature 70 ℃, reaction pressure 0.04 MPa, 0.25G(Pd/ AEO9)catalyst and stirring rate 600 r/min. AEC yield reached about 96% un- der the above conditions. The product properties such as surface tension, critical micelle concentration (cmc), foaming power, wetting power and emulsifing power were tested. The results showed that the properties of the product containing 70%-80% AEC were the best. The properties of AEC obtained by oxidation techniques excelled that obtained by carboxymethylation techniques.
