摘  要:实验以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯改性环己酮-甲醛树脂,以两步法制备了含端甲基丙烯酰氧基的可UV固化酮醛预聚物(UVCF),适宜的反应条件为:第一步反应温度70℃,催化剂用量0.5%,第二步反应温度60℃。FT—IR及^1HNMR结果表明预聚物结构中含有可UV固化的甲基丙烯酰氧基,经UV辐照后固化膜的耐溶剂性能可显著提高。UV curable ketone-aldehyde prepotymer containing terminal methaerylate acyloxy was prepared using isophorone diisocyanate and 2-hdroxylethyl methacrylate to modify cyclohexanone-formaldehyde resin by two steps. Effects of reaction temperature and the catalyst (dibutyltin dilaurate) content on the reaction were investigated. The prepolymer was characterized by FT-IR and ^1H-NMR. The optimum reaction condition was found as follows: reaction temperature 70 ~C and catalyst content 0.5% in the first step and the reaction temperature in the second step 60 ~C. FT-IR and ^1H NMR results showed that the terminal methacrylate acyloxy was introduced into the structure of the prepolymer. The solvent resistance of UVCF was significantly improved after UV irradiation.
