摘  要:实验以马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸十八醇酯(AE)、醋酸乙烯酯(VA)为原料,合成三元聚合物MAV。考察了MAV的最佳反应条件及其对柴油的降滤效果,分析了4种不同柴油正构烷烃碳数分布,测试了MAV对4种不同柴油的降滤效果,红外光谱(IR)表征了AE单体及MAV共聚物。实验结果表明,MAV三元聚合物的最佳合成条件为:n(马来酸酐):n(丙烯酸十八醇酯):n(醋酸乙烯酯)=1:1:1,聚合温度为80℃,聚合时间为4 h,引发剂用量为1.0%。MAV对四种不同柴油的降滤效果不同,对加氢柴油有较好的适用性,对直馏柴油和催化裂化柴油的降滤效果较差。当加剂量为0.3%时,可将燕化加氢柴油的冷滤点降低3℃。MAV柴油降凝剂对正构烷烃分布较宽且含量低的柴油感受性较好,对正构烷烃分布窄且含量高,特别是高碳数正构烷烃含量较高的柴油几乎无降滤效果。A terpolymer MAV was synthesized with maleic anhydride (MA), acrylate ester(AE) and vinyl acetate(VA) as raw materials. The optimum reaction conditions and effect of MAV on cold filter plugging point (CFPP) reduction were studied, n-paraffin distribution of four kinds of diesels were analyzed. Effect of MAV on CFPP depressing for the four kinds of diesels were tested. The monomer AE and the terpolymer MAV were characterized by means of IR. The results showed that the optimum conditions were: the molar ratio of MA : AE : VA=1 : 1 : 1, reaction temperature 80 ℃, reaction time 4 h, and 1.0 % benzoyl peroxide. The effect of MAV on CFPP depressing for four kinds of diesels were different: MAV had positive effect on hydrogenating diesel, but had negative effect on straight-run diesel and catalytic cracking diesel. When the dosage of MAV was 0.3G, the CFPP depressing of Yanhua hydrogenating diesel was 3 ℃. The results indicated that MAV has positive effect on diesels which have wide distribution and low contents of n-paraffin, but has almost no effect on diesels which has narrow distribution and, especially, high contents of n-paraffin.
