摘　　要：目的:探讨醛固酮合成酶(CYP11B2)基因-344T/C多态性与高血压病血瘀证(EH-BSS)的关系。方法:收集高血压病血瘀证(EH-BSS)患者532例,高血压病非血瘀证298组(EH-non-BSS),血压正常对照者512例(Control),抽外周静脉血提取DNA,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)检测CYP11B2基因-344T/C多态性类型。结果:卡方分割后重度EH-BSS组的TC+CC频率(55.23%)高于轻度EH-BSS组(46.83%)、EH-non-BSS组(45.30%)、Control组(43.16%),有统计学意义(χ2=7.489,P=0.006)。多因素Logistic回归调整混杂因素后,以EH-non-BSS组为参照系,CYP11B2-TC/CC型患重度EH-BSS的的相对危险度(OR值)为1.589(95%CI:1.035-2.440,P=0.034)。结论:携带有CYP11B2-TC/CC基因型可能是重度EH-BSS易患因素之一。Objectives： to examine relationship between the-344T/C polymorphisms of CYP11B2 gene and Essential Hypertension（EH） with blood stasis syndrome（BSS） of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods： The study cohort recruited 830 persons with EH and 512 normotensive controls in South Han Chinese, including 532 subjects of BSS （EH-BSS group） which made up of 331 subjects with low-grade BSS（I（-BSS） and 201 severe BSS subjects （II（-BSS）, 298 subjects of no BSS（EH-non-BSS group） by TCM classification. All the subjects were genotyped for the polymorphisms of CYPI 1B2/-344 by PCR-RFLP, and the genetic variants frequencies were compared in subjects. Results： The patient genotype distribution was in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Partitions of 2 method showed that CYP11 B2-TC/CC was higher in II（-BSS group than in other groups （X^2 = 7.489, P = 0.006）. After adjusting for common risk factors of EH, logistic-regression indicated that the odds ratios（OR） of CYPllB2-TC/CC （vs vs TT） genotype for II（-BSS was 1. 589 （95 % CI ： 1. 035 - 2.440, P = 0. 034） with the reference category of EH-non-BSS. Conclusion： the CYP11B2-TC/ CC genotype may be some heritable susceptibility to disease of severe BSS.
