摘  要:近几年冷轧带钢的质量异议绝大多数都集中于表面缺陷问题,冷轧带钢表面缺陷形态千变万化,产生原因错综复杂,炼钢、热轧、冷轧之间各工序都可直接或间接造成表面缺陷的产生。文章对唐山建龙实业有限公司冷轧厂低碳铝镇静钢的表面起皮缺陷进行了较为全面的分析。结果表明表面起皮缺陷的原因归结于皮下夹杂和皮下气泡。各工序只有正确识别各种缺陷,加强对缺陷的检测和分析,找到问题的根源,采取相应的措施,才能改善产品质量。In recent years, the objection to quality of cold-rolled strip mostly fall into surface defects. The surface defect patterns of cold-rolled strip are differ in thousands ways and the reasons are varied also. Various processes, including steelmaking, hot-rolling, cold-rolling, can cause surface defect directly or indirectly. The surface peelings by cold-rolling were analyzed comprehensively on low carbon killed steel for cold rolling mill of Tangshan Jianlong Industrial Co Ltd. The research has proved that the subsurface inclusions and bubbles are origin of the surface peeling. Through correctly detecting and analyzing defect, the reason of defects are identified. The product quality are improved by taking corresponding measures.
