摘 要:目的探讨对心脏瓣膜置换病人实施阶段性健康教育的方法和效果。方法将80例病人随机分为观察组41例和对照组39例。观察组实施阶段性健康教育,即分为人院教育、术前教育、术后教育、出院教育、跟踪随访教育5个阶段,实施不同的健康教育;对照组实施常规健康教育。结果观察组教育后状态焦虑水平明显低于对照组,配合程度较对照组好,PT延长率较对照组低。住院时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论阶段性健康教育能减轻病人的焦虑症状,使其更加配合接受治疗,并可缩短住院时间。Objective To study the meth-od and effect of application of stage-by-stage health education to patients undergoing cardiac valves replacement. Methods 80 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups: obervation group of 41 cases and control group of 39 cases. The observation group was given stage-by-stage health education, i. e. , the education was divided into five stages, including education at admission, pre-operation education, post-operation education, education at leaving hospital, and follow-up education, with different education content at different stage. And the control group was given routine health education. Results Patients of the observation group shew their anxiety level lower than that of patients of the control group after education, their cooperation better than that of patients of the control group, their PT extension lower than the control group, and their hospitalization time distinctly shorter than that of patients of the control group. And all of the differences have a significance in statistics. Conclusions Stage-by-stage health education can lighten the anxiety symptom of patients, make them more cooperative to accept treatment, and shorten the time of being in hospital.
