酒窝形成外固定器的设计及自然酒窝成形术

摘　　要：目的探索一种全新的酒窝成形方法，使形成的酒窝更趋于自然。方法在局部麻醉下沿酒窝设计点相应口内部位切开并去除皮下组织，将自行设计的圆盘形薄合金片固定于皮肤设计的酒窝处，4～5d后解除固定。结果100例患者术后均Ⅰ期愈合。2例患者面部出现色素沉着，1个月后消失。其中82例患者获随访3个月至1年，形成的酒窝逼真，自然状态下若隐若现，微笑时面部出现均匀一致的小凹陷。效果满意。结论与传统方法形成的酒窝相比，本方法形成的酒窝更趋于自然，且操作简便值得推广。Objective To explore a novel method of dimple plasty in order to form natural dimple. Methods Removal of the subcutaneous tissue was peformed under local anesthesia through intraoral incision, then the self-made thin alloy piece with disk shape was fixed to the point which was designed well in advance on the skin and it then was removed at 4 to 5 days after the operation. Results A hundred patients healed primarily. Of them, 2 patients showed facial pigmentation which disappeared at 1 month postoperatively. All patients were satisfied with natural dimple which was half-hidden in raw state and showed a uniformity foveola on the face in smiling state after 3 - 12 months follow up for 82 patients. Conclusion Compared with conventional method, the formed dimple by this approach is more natural and the procedure is also more convenient, so it deserves to be spreaded.
