摘  要:镍基合金在核电设施的建设中应用广泛,但对其焊后残余应力研究较少。以Inconel 690为主,针对盲孔法测量镍基合金残余应力的影响因素进行研究,确定了Inconel 690合适的孔片配合,标定了A、B系数,并用所选定的孔片配合与标定系数实际测量Inconel 690的堆焊试板。试验结果表明,盲孔法测量Inconel 690的焊接残余应力是可行的。Nickel base alloy is widely used in the construction of nuclear power plant,but the study on residual stress after welding is rare. The influencing factors on the residual stress of nickel base alloy 690 was studied by blind hole method. At the same time,the suitable fit between hole and strain was determined, the factors of A and B was calibrated, and the test plate welded with Inconel 690 was measured with the selected fit between hole and strain and the calibrated coefficient. Experiment shows that it is feasible to measure residual stress of Inconel 690 with blind hole.
